Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company (formerly Ba Ria Rubber Company) was established under Decision No. 362/QD/TCCB/NN dated June 11, 1994 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, now Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, on the basis of separating the farms: Binh Ba, Xa Bang, Cu Bi (in Chau Duc district), Hoa Binh (in Xuyen Moc district) of Dong Nai Rubber Company.

At the time of establishment, the Company managed a total area of ​​13,594 hectares with more than 5,000 employees. The main production and business tasks are: Growing, exploiting, processing and trading natural rubber latex. Later, the Company established a processing factory; investing, joint ventures, associating with other units and receiving and trading in hotel and tourism services transferred by Vietnam Rubber Corporation.
