Sa Thay Rubber Joint Stock Company is a member unit of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group established under Decision No. 258/QD-CSVN dated May 8, 2007 of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group .

Founding shareholders include: Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company and Mang Yang, Chu Pah, Kon Tum Rubber Company Limited. Currently, the Company is managing 5,286 hectares; of which 803 ha of KTCB rubber, 4,483 ha of exploited rubber; the Company's orchards are planted in Ia H' Drai district, Kon Tum province.
