Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company was established on December 20, 1985 by the merger between two rubber companies: Bac Tay Ninh Rubber Company (under the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province) and Thien Ngon Rubber Company. (under Vietnam General Rubber Department).

Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company is headquartered in Thanh Phu hamlet - Tan Hiep commune - Tan Chau district - Tay Ninh province (Phone: 0276 3875193, Fax: 0276 3875307) is a state-owned enterprise, a member unit. of Vietnam Rubber Corporation (now Vietnam Rubber Industry Group).

The company has 4 farms: Xa Mat, Tan Hiep, Bo Tuc, Suoi Ngo; 1 Mechanical processing factory.

The Company's operating area is located in 8 communes in 2 border districts of Tan Chau and Tan Bien in Tay Ninh province, implementing the Party's policy with the cross-cutting task of building and developing socio-economics, in the same area. The locality does a good job in national defense; security; social order and safety in the area.

The Company's main functions and tasks are to reclaim, plant, care for, exploit, process rubber, and trade. Currently, the Company has a garden area of: 6,795 hectares. With the permission of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company invested in planting 17,000 hectares of rubber in KamPongThom province, Kingdom of Cambodia.
