History of formation and development: On August 6, 1984, the People's Committee of Thuan Hai province decided to establish Thuan Hai Rubber Company on the basis of upgrading the economic-technical station of Duc Linh district Rubber and responsible macro management of the Provincial People's Committee.

In 1997, leaders of the rubber industry and localities agreed to merge Binh Thuan Rubber Company into Vietnam Rubber Corporation. On July 13, 1998, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Rubber Corporation decided to establish Binh Thuan Rubber Company, opening up a new and promising era for the company. Up to now, since 30 Initial hectares, the Company has acquired 4,500 hectares of rubber stands. Of which 3,960 hectares have been put into operation.

The company currently has 4 farms specializing in growing and exploiting rubber latex and 1 latex processing factory with 4 production lines including: sheet latex production line with capacity of 9,000 tons/year, latex granule production line The capacity of 7,000 tons/year is enough to process rubber latex for the company and small rubber farmers in the area. The company is located in an area with favorable weather, terrain, and human factors, favorable for growing. New and exploiting rubber latex, the Company's annual latex output increases, convenient transportation to transport rubber for export.

The company is the key unit of Binh Thuan province in terms of planting, exploiting and processing rubber latex, and providing services for smallholder rubber. In the trend of development and integration, Co., Ltd. Binh Thuan Rubber MTV focuses on importing and exporting rubber, developing new planting areas, joint ventures, and partnerships with domestic and foreign partners to grow, exploit and process rubber latex.
