Loc Ninh Rubber Company Limited, formerly the French CEXO plantation, was taken over on March 25, 1973. In May 1973, the garden was put into operation under the Southern Rubber Board. In 1978, it was established as Loc Ninh State Rubber Farm.

In 1981, it changed its name to Loc Ninh Rubber Company and in June 2010, it changed its name to Loc Ninh Rubber Company Limited. After 49 years of construction and development, up to now Loc Ninh Rubber Company Limited has become a large enterprise, with high business productivity, workers' lives are constantly improving, and has been contributing significant part in the development of the Vietnamese and local rubber industry.
