Dong Nai Rubber Corporation Limited Company is a unit directly under the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, with its predecessor being Dong Nai Rubber Company established on June 2, 1975 on the basis of continuing manages 12 rubber plantations of French capitalists.

In 2009, Dong Nai Rubber Corporation One Member LLC was established under Decision No. 1279/QD-BNN-DMDN dated May 4, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, by the Industry Group. Vietnam Rubber is the owner and operates under the model of Parent Company - Subsidiary Company with main production and business fields: Planting, caring for, exploiting, processing and exporting Natural Rubber.

Dong Nai Rubber Corporation has expanded its export product consumption strategy in recent years to more than 30 countries and territories, gaining high trust from partners and customers with all kinds of Rubber products. Pre-processed natural products include many types such as: SVR L, SVR 3L, SVR 5, SVR 10, SVR 20, SVR CV50, SVR CV60, SVR 10CV, SVR 20CV, Latex natural rubber: HA and LA.
